Daycare/Boarding

Size Requirements

We are striving to create the best environment for small and medium dogs in San Antonio! The size requirements ensure all guests can freely play with similar sized friends and can comfortably stay in our overnight suites.

1) Weight: < 55 pounds

2) One play group will be reserved for small dogs only. Small dogs that want to play in the medium dog play group will be allowed to, but no medium dogs will be allowed to play in the small dog group.

Age Requirements

All dogs must be at least 4 months old to participate in daycare or boarding.

Spay/Neuter

All dogs over the age of 6 months must be spayed/neutered to participate in daycare or boarding.

Vaccinations

All dogs must have current Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo vaccines.

Boarding Checkout Time

The checkout time on overnight guest’s pickup date is 12pm. Dogs can stay beyond this time and continue playing, however a daycare charge will apply for that day.

House Food

We encourage guests to bring their own food for feedings so dogs are able to keep a consistent diet; however, if this isn’t possible we do have house food available for $4/day.

Individual Play

Dogs that cannot participate in group play due to their size, behavior, spay/neuter status, or other reason will receive individual care and play. Boarders who are deemed ‘individual play’ dogs will be upgraded to Boarding Plus and charged the Boarding Plus rate.

Grooming

Dogs of all sizes are welcome to enjoy grooming services!

Grooming appointments should be picked up within 2 hours of dropoff. If a longer stay is needed, a half or full day of daycare may be added on.

Vaccination Requirements

All dogs in the facility, including grooming guests, must have current rabies, bordetella, and distemper/parvo vaccines.
